The structure consists of:

• Floor Frame: folded perimeter profiles in 2 mm galvanized steel sheet, DX51D quality, cold formed with transversal 2 mm belts.
• Roof Frame: folded perimeter profiles in 2 mm galvanized steel sheet, DX51D quality, cold formed, welded rectangular pipe transversal belts to support the profiled roof sheets.
• Pillars: folded profile made of 2 mm galvanized steel sheet in DX51D quality.

La estructura va recubierta con imprimación fosfocromante y acabada en pintura en base a resinas de poliuretano, secado en cabina isotérmica.

The floor of the modules is finished in 19 mm waterproof chipboard with a non-slip Epoxi paint coating.

Any other type of finish can be applied on request.

It consists of the following elements:

• False ceiling, made of white pre-lacquered steel girders measuring e=0.6mm.
  
• Mineral layer, with a thickness of 80 mm, anti-vapour barriers to provide insulation on the roof.
  
• Trapezoidal sheet, galvanized, 0.6 mm. Gable roof that drains into integrated gutter sections, two rectangular down-pipes. This system ensures a watertight and elegant finish.

The walls are made of sandwich type tongue and groove panels, consisting of pre-lacquered sheets, profiled on both sides and injected polyurethane foam with a density of 40 kg/m3. This type of wall ensures a heat transfer coefficient "K" of 0.48 Kcal/h m2ºC. The total thickness of the panels is 40 mm.

Any other type of panel can be installed on request.

The windows are white aluminium/pvc, sliding windows, 2 sections, with 4 mm transparent panes. Optional protection bars. The door frame is made of white lacquered aluminium and both sides of the door is made of galvanized steel, lacquered in white with polyurethane insulation.

Any other type of carpentry and glass can be supplied on request.

This type of module is equipped with a general circuit breaker and wires with individual magnetothermal protection on the following circuits: lighting, general usage and air conditioning. Wires hidden in the false ceiling and connection in exterior terminal box.

The ability to extend spaces with this system consists in adding modules on the same plane and in transversal or longitudinal directions. (Long or short side).
